Ahmad Ramadan is the Head of Human Resources at Bayobab Group and has been in this position since 2020. 

Ahmad has over 27 years of experience in Telecom and Human Capital in Africa & Middle East. He has been at MTN for over 20 years and during his tenure, he has held several senior roles specialising in Human Resources, Corporate & Regulatory Management, Finance. 

He built cross cultural Leadership and Managed People & Culture in countries with VUCA and socio-economic challenges. He is advisor in HR strategies Development & Implementation, and delivery of cost-effective solutions 

He works closely with leaders and teams across Bayobab footprint to develop and execute strategies that foster collaboration and create a sense of community. Leveraging data-driven insights to measure and monitor progress and ensure successful outcomes. 

Ahmad is passionate about making difference that empowers leaders to unlock their potential and create a strong, positive work environment. 

He holds EMBA from Lebanese American University and a BSc in Accounting and Finance. Ahmad has also completed Executive Leadership programmes through INSEAD, Wharton, IMD and other Business Schools.
